Background and Accomplishments
Robert retired from the Army in 1993 after a 10 year Clinical Specialist and 13 years as an Infantry Special Operations Officer. He served as President of Duncan Clinical Specialties, Inc. Robert attended The Citadel, College of Charleston, University of South Carolina, Park College, University of Southern Illinois, and Baylor University. Robert received his BS in Health Care Administration from Trinity University. Rob is from SC and his local knowledge is valuable. Rob has earned the CRS, SRES, ABR, e-PRO, ASR, RRS, FRE, REOS and CREN designations. He served as Chairman of the CCAR Grievance, RPAC/Legislative and Community Outreach Committee. Currently serves on Professional Standards at CCAR and the state level. He has been appointed to the RAFT Board of Trustees and Chairs the SCR Housing Opportunity and Diversity Committee. Rob resides in Murrells Inlet with his wife Trish, System Director of Surgical Services at Waccamaw Community and Georgetown Hospital.
